What’s for lunch?

Being a Seventh-day Adventist, I must admit, I was a bit puzzled after reading this passage recently. This statement was issued by God directly to Noah after the flood. Did God allow Noah to eat all animals, both clean and unclean?
Are the dietary restrictions in Leviticus part of the Mosaic law only, and thus no longer apply to us?
