Miscommunication is a very common thing in the work place.
For example, for my trip to New York, I thought I was explaining the differences between appcert and abiscan. It turns out I need to give a presentation on the Solaris Upgrade Assessment service that Treklogic provides.
I wonder if I still need to go into detail about the appcert and abiscan differences
